Premium rose flavor liquid with 99% purity, ideal for use in beverages, confectionery, baking, dairy products, hookah, and more.
Product Concept
Our Rose Flavor is a liquid/powder flavoring made primarily from fresh rose petals or rose essential oil, diluted with food-grade solvents or spray-dried. It features a sweet floral aroma with honey-like finish, compensating for the loss of rose fragrance during processing.
Aroma Characteristics
Aroma Profile:
- Top Notes: Fresh and sweet (Phenylethanol, Linalool)
- Middle Notes: Rich rose (Citronellol, Geraniol)
- Base Notes: Honey, slightly warm
Color: Colorless to pale yellow liquid; or pale pink powder (spray-dried)

- Phenylethanol: Sweet floral scent, dominant rose aroma
- Citronellol: Fresh rose, main middle note

Recommended addition 0.1-0.2%, premixed with butter or oil, retention ≥85% after baking at 180℃
Confectionery (Gummy Candy, Hard Candy):
Recommended addition 0.1-0.4%, dissolved in syrup or fat phase and added
Dairy/Ice Cream:
Recommended addition 0.08-0.2%, homogenized with the milk base, does not affect freezing point
Hookah/E-cigarette Liquid:
Recommended addition 0.5-2%, compounded with cooling agent WS-23 0.3%, ice rose flavor
